I have 13 account in my name.. will i get banned from google.. can they trace me..

I’m not sure if this poster is for real or trying to get others in trouble… if he/she/it is for real then they deserve honorable mention for posting in AdSense forum. The question “I have 13 account in my name.. will i get banned from google.. can they trace me..” make me wonder if “it” is trying to get others in trouble of if they are just plain stooooopid…
